Being held inside the luxurious western motif Mesquite Room located in the main lobby just beyond the
resort dining room with visibility to diners and lobby loungers (No Canopy Needed)

The Market Place at Carefree Resort & Villas will run periodically Friday, Saturday & Sunday October through May. Our plan is to introduce it end of this show season beginning March 20, 21 & 22 and the other weekend date certain is April 3, 4 & 5 with the plan to run it three or four more weekends to the end of May. Then we will re-open this coming Fall in October and run the series approximately every other weekend through May, 2010, and so on.

A. Four 8 foot x 4 foot colorful & eye catching classy banners placed two weeks in advance of each weekend run at:

1. Carefree Highway & Cave Creek Road
2. Carefree Highway & Scottsdale Road (El Pedregal-Boulders Resort corner)
3. Cave Creek Road & Tom Darlington
4. Cave Creek Road & Mule Train (wealthy Desert Mountain residents pass daily)

B. E-Mail Blast to over 20,000 patrons of resort and our events for each weekend.

C .Notices in various Community Newsletters i.e. Desert Mountain, Terravita, Carefree, Cave Creek, Tatum Ranch, Dove Valley Ranch....

D. Press Releases to all major media publications and outlets

E. Select & relevant local newspaper advertisements

F. And remember that the guests of the resort are our built in customer base.

Here's How...Since my website is not yet updated to include this new program and since we are already familiar with all of you receiving this e-mail blast, to get entered for either March 20, 21 & 22 and / or April 3, 4 & 5, simply:

• Send us an e-mail that includes:
  • Individual & Business Name
  • List of Items you will sell and their price range
  • AZ tax ID (can be pending and obtained later)
  • Phone Number (Cell # preferred)
  • Size of sales area, i.e., 10x10 ($100) 10x20 ($150) Note that some exhibits may be a foot or two less in depth only due to configuration of the room)
  • Indicate which date or dates of the two now certain: Mar.20-22 & Apr.3-5
  • Make payment via www.paypal.com to ccmagicbird@aol.com or Mail check or Money Order to Magic Bird, P.O. Box 1803, Cave Creek, AZ 85327.
  • Draped tables and chairs will be available from the resort for rent. However, I currently do not have price information. If interested, indicate so and I will get back to you.
  • Reduced room rates for artisan participants will also be available. However, I currently do not have that price information. If interested, indicate so and I will get back to you.
