In addition, they have a very strong and loyal residential population from the Litchfield Park community as well as nearby Surprise and Goodyear and other west valley cities who frequent the Resort for recreation and entertainment.
The Wigwam Resort is the focal point of social life for many nearby residents! Established in 1929, they have just celebrated 80 years in business and were recently acquired by none other than Jerry Colangelo! They report that the MINIMUM number of locals who attend events there is around 500 and most often they exceed that number!
Summer Shows held indoors, air conditioned Lobby areas, approximate single space size 8x8 subject to adjustment by area location and includes draped table(s) and chairs and power where available on first requested and paid, first served basis.
Fair Weather Shows held outdoors in designated grass lawn areas, space sizes will be standard 10x10 and no display equipment provided and no electricity available outdoors. A few of the smaller size indoor spaces may also be available during outdoor events which includes draped table(s), chairs and power at the same rate as outdoors.
